As an online coach and personal trainer, I provide comprehensive personal training programs that include workout plans, meal plans, and diet plans. My holistic approach ensures that every aspect of your fitness journey is covered, from corrective exercise and posture correction to injury recovery and prevention. I cater to all fitness levels, from beginners working on coordination and balance to professional athletes enhancing their performance without overtraining.

How it works:

Consultation:

We'll have an online 1 to 1 consultation where I'll find out about your injuries, and lifestyle and listen to your goals, wants and needs

Follow-up and program:

1 week later we'll schedule another session where I'll bring you your initial gym program and guide you through some of the exercises

Weekly sessions with accountability coaching:

If you booked weekly one to one sessions you'll also get your personalised nutrition plan and we'll start chasing you up to make sure you get started…

Start sharing technique videos for feedback:

You'll be entering your food and sending across technique videos, in our 1to 1 sessions I'll be going over your form

Workouts even when your travelling:

Even when you go on holiday I'll be sending you workouts that you can do even without a gym and chasing you up to make sure you do them.

Receive an upgraded program:

Your program will be changed as you progress to ensure progressive overload

Keep training:

As we'll as a gym program we'll be doing weekly 1to1 sessions online to make sure that you're achieving your goals

I’ve spent over 13 years years working as a personal trainer including working alongside some of the nations best natural body builders. Holistic Approach:

I'm a massive fan of natural therapies, everything I promote or recommend is completely natural. From my dieting cheats to muscle growth formulas, even to anti-inflammatories, I believe nature has the most effective and best solutions.

Specialized Training:

I pride myself in being able to train anyone, from kids all the way to pensioners and even with multiple complex conditions or disabilities. As well as the traditional muscle building, injury recovery, fat loss and posture correction I can also do Sports-specific training. I base my sports-specific coaching on what I learned at EXOS, which is all about specific strength training with very good form so as not to get excessive muscle soreness that keeps an athlete from their sports practice. I can also train the body to move properly to recover from or prevent injury as well as using RMTI training to improve coordination.

FAQs

 For your first session all you need is you, in shorts or leggings. After this, Basic equipment like dumbbells, a gym ball, and a mat is helpful, but we can work with just bodyweight if that’s what we have. In your consultation, we’ll discuss what equipment you need for the results that you want.

We use a personal training app to monitor your progress, body composition, and overall fitness levels. We’ll also have Routine check-ins to ensure we stay on target.

That’s a good question 🙂 I have a very awesome team of very experienced online fitness coaches based in South Africa, this option is great for affordability. My team of personal trainers are great people and all have over 10 years of experience in the field as well as international qualifications and specialized training in the States

So this depends on your goals, many of my clients do most of their training at home and have home equipment so we’ll work through some of the workouts showing you new techniques and exercises and correcting your form. For my lady and weight loss clients all we generally need is some dumbbells, a ball and a gym mat. For some of my clients who don’t have any equipment and workout at the gym, we’ll go through the exercise videos giving feedback on technique, I’ll also be giving drills and minor exercises to correct form, primitive reflex integration to correct coordination, and circuits of bodyweight exercises.

This depends on how well you stick to the plan… my clients often see very noticeable results in 6 weeks. It’s common practice to lose around 1kg a week but I try not to get clients to focus on the scales as these fluctuate and muscle weighs more than fat. I prefer to measure from the waist, this of course fluctuates too. Many of my clients have lost 3 inches from the waist in 6 weeks.

Now is always the best time to start your training sessions. If you have a holiday coming up or a super busy week ahead it’s always best to get the consultation done and the gym program ready. That way you can get started and I can give you your form and feedback. We can always pause a week of the program. Starting a little earlier than you are ready gives you time to order equipment and scope out gyms. There is nothing worse than waiting till you’re raring to go and then having to wait even longer because the pull-up bar you need for those pumped shoulders isn’t here yet!
